Job Description

  • Coordinate roadshow bookings, including meeting venues, accommodation, transportation, visas, and related travel requirements

  • Maintain and update CRM records with roadshow costs and manage the release of roadshow booking summaries

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, purchase requests (PRs), and vendor invoices

  • Support the Travel team with travel coordination and quality assurance (QA) tasks

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, DTS, and Marketing to ensure seamless travel arrangements

  • Organize staff travel and manage logistics for roadshows and business trips

  • Maintain accurate electronic and digital filing systems in line with company requirements

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Tri-lingual French & Arabic preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Communicate to providing a high quality of service
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Work effectively as a team player
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to design and process a wide range of documents in accordance with instruction and paying attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint/Word etc)
  • Preferred Travel background/experience in hospitality/Travel
