The Finance Executive will play an essential role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all finance activities. This position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and documentation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Support financial reporting and analysis for management decision-making.
Monitor expenditures and assist with budget preparation and tracking.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and Saudi regulatory requirements.
Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors when required.
Assist with invoice processing, payment runs, and petty cash management.
Perform any additional finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Saudi National (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (hospitality or leisure industry experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
