Job descreption:

As the Manager of IT Operations, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the daily operations of our company's IT department. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems and applications are running smoothly and efficiently, and that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and coaching team members as needed.
- Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure that all systems and applications are secure, reliable, and efficient.
- Ensuring that all IT projects are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet the needs of the business.
- Monitoring and maintaining all IT systems and applications, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Responding to help desk requests and resolving any issues that arise in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts as needed.
- Developing and managing the IT budget, and ensuring that all expenditures are within budgetary guidelines.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT, and making recommendations for new systems and applications as appropriate.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of IT systems and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
