SUMMARY

Plumber is the position to handle day to day maintenance call of electrical and plumbing work forwarded by Duty Engineer. This position is responsible for maintaining day to day call operation records as well as to provide proper feedback to Duty Engineer. Frequently review and check for preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with Duty Engineer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• To attend day to day service for repair and maintenance work requested by Duty Engineer related to the Electrical and plumbing repair and troubleshooting work.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Respond, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues.
• Sanitary equipment installation and repair works.
• Installation / repair of PRV station, valves etc.
•  Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures and systems in guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  
• Adhere to all safety and building code regulations
• Installation / repairing of PVC/UPVC water, drainage piping, copper piping / tubing, GI pipe work.
  
• Brazing / welding / gas cutting works.
• Sanitary equipment installation and repair works.
• Installation / repair of PRV station, valves etc.
•  Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests for plumbing services.
  
• Repair, maintain and install work according to departmental procedures.
  
• Complete requests in timely, accurate, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
• Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.

• 4+ years experience as a Plumber.
• Work Experience in a 4/5 Star Hotel in the UAE.
