The Housekeeping Attendant plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position demands keen attention to detail, physical endurance, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and furniture in guest rooms are spotless, free of dust, stains, and debris.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and common spaces.
• Restock linens, towels, and guest amenities in both guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms or public areas to the appropriate department for swift resolution.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Keep housekeeping carts, storage areas, and linen closets well-organized and clean.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure the well-being of both guests and employees.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards and practices.
