Job Description

Main job requirements:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations at specific venues
• Leading the teams to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for leads, tours, and sales volume.
• Working with all Managers in the hiring, training, and development of the Promotional Executives.
• Covering for other Manager’s venues during their absence and collaborating with Managers to reach overall departmental targets.
• Responsible for all logistics surrounding the specific promotional venue.
• Conducting post-event evaluation & analysis.
• Provide reliable forecasting and all sales-related figures, as well as daily/weekly/monthly reporting on promotional venue activities

Desired Skill & Expertise

Desired Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Project Management skills.
• Knowledge in sales process.
• Ability to hiring, coach, and mentor.
• Valid driving license and car

Behavioral Competencies required:

• Punctual, Courteous and Presentable.
• Strong Communication Skills and able to build relationships easily.
• Motivated and ability to motivate others.
• Emotional Intelligent.
• Strong Work ethic including ability to manage one’s time.
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to supervise and manage - Promotional Venue Executives

Minimum Qualification: 

• Higher education is preferred

Languages Required : English , Arabic and French (Trilingual)
